Abstract

Aging causes many changes in the human body, as a mechanism responsible for maintaining proper protein composition
starts to decline with age. Proteins lose their stability, and the autophagy process failed, which resulted in the accumulation of
misfolded proteins, which in turn resulted in diseases.
